Wonderful post. I wonder if you have read “Peace be with You: Monastic Wisdom for a Terror-Filled
World” by David Carlson, published last summer.
It speaks to the question about how to respond to the tragedy of 9/11. (David is a friend of mine from
college.) It is worth a read.
